Yep Laura, I do file a report after the mystery shopping. It's amazing how many things you have to remember from the visit. What questions did they ask to establish your needs, what features and benefits did they mention, how did they attempt to close the sale. And of course the description of the person you dealt with - height, hair colour/style, rough age, etc etc.

It is like being a spy!
